Raja Yoga is a practice that empowers self mastery over our thoughts, feelings and actions, thereby improving the quality of our relationships, including the one most fundamental to life… that of body and soul. In these 4 sessions we will integrate simple physical exercises with spiritual awareness, for greater well-being.
