Your happiness is hidden within you. Simply remove your worries through right thinking.
A positive mind finds opportunities in everything; a negative mind finds faults. Our first reaction to a difficult situation is often to get carried away in a storm of negative thoughts. Such thoughts are of no use and take us further away from the solution. Focusing on one positive thought each day helps me remain stable even in the most challenging circumstances.
Action: Write down, meditate on, and visualize one supportive habit each day, and incorporate it into your lifestyle. Any new habit requires a few days of consistent daily repetition before it becomes natural and automatic.
- I change my attitude: instead of trying to change others, I transform myself.
- I maintain good wishes for others by seeing their specialties and appreciating their contributions.
- I have strong determination. Its absence comes from the habit of focusing on others.
- I find solutions and say goodbye to problems. I am a merciful soul and uplift others.
- My positive attitude, filled with good feelings, creates the atmosphere.
- Today is going to be my peaceful day.
Your turn! Repeat the affirmations above and enjoy the results.
“Accumulate so many pure thoughts that you don’t even have time to allow waste thoughts to enter.” — BapDada
Every thought creates vibrations. Vibrations are like sound waves or radiations—nothing can stop them. Begin each day by creating and nurturing good thoughts within; these will silently reach everyone you come into contact with. The best time to awaken both body and spirit is early morning. We are fresh, in solitude, and the vibrations of the world are at their calmest. It is no surprise that experienced meditators and yogis rise at dawn, inviting the sun of spirit to shine into the heart of the soul.
Keeping yourself busy with elevated thoughts frees you from inner clutter and the bondage of waste. Sometimes, in our brokenness, we discover our greatest wholeness. All it takes is switching on one powerful thought to bring light—then the darkness of waste disappears. The vibrations of soul consciousness, expressed through our features and personality, draw others closer to the loving spiritual vibrations of God.
“With God’s light, you are not broken; you are breaking through.”
God is not responsible for everything happening in my life. Whatever happens is the result of my thoughts, words, and actions—past and present. By remembering God, He becomes responsible for helping bring light back into my life.
Exercise your body and your mind every day. Do not criticize yourself or give up. Encourage yourself and remind yourself that this is the best thing you can do. When we establish a daily routine with this mindset, our self-control, willpower, health, and happiness increase. Our relationships and success at work also improve. When we truly know in our hearts what we want to become, we become that.
